![]() Hi there everyone!! Over the years I have attempted numerous times to create communities that integrate transformation with social events. In 2004 and 2005, I worked with Stuart Knight to produce the I DECIDE Show that turned into a party. We really connected a lot of cool people together. I ventured out on my own with my first ever house party in 2006, followed-by a jam-packed apartment party with 200 people, and finally a roof-top birthday party to top it all off! All of them were fun, although the clean-ups were horrendous! The Wellness Party was the coolest concept I came up with in 2008. A smashing success with a dance floor, DJ, and drum circle, it unfortunately was not financially sustainable. Today, we are creating HUB Circles which promote the same kind of social events with inspirational entertainment. A HUB Circle is a fun, social atmosphere of music, inspiration, and community. Local humanitarians, artists, and healers team-up to produce an amazing party!! (See below for HUB Circles in Boise, Hawaii, Los Angeles, Portland, and San Diego.) This month in Toronto, we are partnering with The Buddha Groove. Find other green, eco-aware, spiritual souls and make new business or personal friends. In addition to munchies, desserts, cash bar, and dancing: Join Rhythmic by Nature's Drumming Ensemble for an interactive, energizing, fun, community building and memorable music-making experience. Learn basic hand drumming technique, simple and fun ways of creating rhythm as a group and in no time, we will all be groovin' together. No previous drumming experience is necessary and all instruments are provided by Rhythmic by Nature. Dancing to the music of Prosad - Prosad has spent the last three years inspiring audiences onto the dance floor with his mystical "Trance Sitar" grooves. After studying Classical Sitar both in Toronto and while traveling through India, Prosad had a vision to fuse Classical Indian Sitar Ragas with edgy electronic beats, live percussion, didgeridoo, flute and vocals to create a unique style called " Trance Sitar". *10% of the proceeds go to support HUB's humanitarian work.
