I listened to Anthony Robbins interview Dr. Deepak Chopra in the early 90's when personal development was first reaching mainstream. While Tony provided a rational understanding of human behavior from a psychological basis, Deepak filled in the mind/body connection from a medical health and spiritual perspective. This convergence would soon ignite the beginnings of the transformational arts and wellness industries.

Australia, July of 2005, is when I first did the Course in Miracles program, and learned about Marianne Williamson. Distinguishing every human behavior as either a loving response, or a cry for help, strengthened my ability to demonstrate compassion towards others.

There are so many coaches, speakers, and teachers today that it can be overwhelming. Not all of them are extraordinary, but the best ones stand the test of time, because true wisdom is ageless. While practices may change over time, principals are timeless.
