Hey there everyone,

You want to make sure you feel great and confident about the goals you set.

The first thing to do, then, is to feel good about what you have already accomplished. That will put you into an empowered state that will have you be excited and enthusiastic about what you can achieve now.

Don't just think about it casually. Take the time to write down your progress in every area of your life over the last year. Remember all the celebrations you experienced throughout the year. Feel the sensation of pride and joy, knowing you did what you set out to do.

In January, I was getting fully integrated into my new apartment. The experience of living independently was beautiful, and contributed to my personal growth on so many levels. I developed a new relationship with a best-friend. That connection was deeper and more intimate than any other friendship I had ever had.

My Mastermind team decided to initiate a huge endeavor of making $100,000 in 10 days! That project inspired many people to develop their own similar projects across the world, including charitable endeavors. In fact, at least two other Mastermind teams got created as a result of the success of our team.

In June, Stuart Knight and I launched SHIFT, a musical that ran for 10 days and generated $30,000 in revenues. I had spoken for many organizations, and helped produce other events, but now it was time for me to start producing my own events. The Live Your Dreams! event premiered in July with 75 attendees. Our last event cash-flowed $30,000 in just one day, and we already have our third Live Your Dreams! event planned for Sunday, January 13. I also had several house parties, including my roof-top birthday party that brought out 150 people.

Towards the end of the year, I realized that although my network had grown significantly (now over 1,900 friends on Facebook), that most of my close friendships had unexpectedly dissolved. This made me really sad at first, and then I made it mean that my life is ready to move to the next level. Sometimes when there is a strong intimate connection, one person grows in a different direction than the other, and so the connection subsides. I know that the direction I'm growing into will attract new people into my life who are meant to be on this journey with me.

What I'm most excited about today, is that I'm finalizing the contract to be the Executive Producer of a brand-new feature-length movie called, "What is Possible?" With stars like the Dalai Lama, this is one of my biggest dreams come true!

Take the time to congratulate yourself, and feel good about who you are and what you are up to in your life.

From that place, your 2008 goals will surface "automagically."
